NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED CITY WILL BE HELD ON THE 15th DAY OF JULY, AT 5:45 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM AT 634 NW 2nd, HAMLIN, JONES COUNTY, TEXAS AT WHICH TIME THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS WILL BE DISCUSSED:

III.  ACTION ITEMS

1.  Budget Workshop

IV.  ADJOURN

 I, the undersigned authority, do certify that the above named notice Meeting of the Governing          Body of the above named City of Hamlin is a true and correct copy of said Notice and that I posted a true and correct of said Notice on the bulletin board in the Police Department and on the front door of City Hall of said City of Hamlin, Texas, a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times and said Notice was posted on July 11, 2025, at 5:00 PM and remained posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
